F.I.R.E. — Focus · Identity · Resilience · Expression

Life happens.
What comes next
takes intention.

The hard conversation. The decision you keep putting off. The next chapter you’re trying to prepare for. Growth has to work in the life you’re actually living.

FIRE brings structure, practical skills, and follow-through to that work—for young people and the organizations supporting them.

Let’s talk about your next step

THE WORK

Real support.
With a plan behind it.

Encouragement matters. So does knowing what to do with it.

At FIRE, development means identifying what needs attention, building skills that can be used outside the room, and returning to the work with a clear next step.

01 / INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT

Build skills for
what comes next.

Structured, relationship-based mentoring shaped around a young person’s strengths, priorities, and goals. An individualized plan connects each session to real-life practice and progress.

02 / LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Practice leadership
in everyday choices.

Speaking up. Listening. Taking responsibility. Setting boundaries. FIRE’s development work helps young people strengthen the skills behind those choices and put them into practice.

03 / ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING

Give good intentions
a working structure.

Organizations need clear systems behind the work they care about. FIRE’s organizational discovery and systems assessment helps identify gaps and develop practical recommendations.

HOW FIRE WORKS

Every step
has a purpose.

Intentional work means being clear about what we’re working toward, how we’ll practice, and what needs to happen next.

01

Start with what’s real.

Listen to the person. Understand the situation. Identify the strengths, priorities, and needs that should shape the work.

02

Make the next step clear.

Translate priorities into specific goals and practical activities. Give the work direction.

03

Practice. Reflect. Follow through.

Use skills in real situations, review what’s changing, and identify what still needs attention.

For referral partners

Expect attendance records, routine service notes, brief progress documentation, and authorized communication about goals, activities, engagement, and next steps. FIRE provides developmental mentoring alongside existing supports; it does not replace therapy, crisis intervention, legal representation, or probation supervision.
